Return Policy

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return most products for any reason, provided they are in their original condition—unused, clean, and with all packaging and accessories intact.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, customized or personalized products, and items that have been opened or used, are not eligible for return. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us right away if there are any issues.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please contact our customer service at sales@hocotech.ca with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

What happens once you receive my return?

Once your return is received and inspected, and if it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days.

How do I request a warranty repair or replacement?

What should I include when returning a product for warranty service?

Please include the original packaging, all accessories, a copy of the purchase receipt, and the RMA provided by our customer service.
